Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Most U.S. orders are expected to arrive within approximately 7–18 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, customs processing, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking information may take several days to update after your order has been processed.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may arrive in more than one package if products are fulfilled separately.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. CarryLoft is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
